Indian Hockey Team:

Indian Hockey Team Goalkeeper PR Sreejesh was one who help India beat South Korea by penalty shootout to enter the final of the fourth Asian Champions Trophy hockey competition, in Kuantan, Malaysia on Saturday.

Recovering from the ankle injury to play in the semi-final match at the Kuantan Hockey Stadium, he helped Indian Hockey Team to win the match by the saving the last attempt to score at the penalty shootout. Which forced Korean team to get out of the semi-final

Sreejesh cushioned away the ball from the stick of Lee Dae-Yeol to secure the triumph and seal Indian Hockey Team place in the title conflict, on Sunday.

This is India’s third entry to the final of Asian Champions Trophy. Earlier India have won the trophy in 2011 & was runner-up in the year 2012. This was possible only of the great work done by the Indian Hockey Team & Goalkeeper PR Sreejesh
